Styles of Photography
Pete Bobb's 1st Class Photography
Traditional:
Traditional Wedding Photography is performed by the photographer following a list of pre-planned poses on your
Wedding Day.
This gives you the greatest control over what images are in the final photo album.
The photographer uses a list of mandatory shots to capture, and the photographer will make everyone stop while the
photographer checks off each pose from the list.
Every scheduled pose must be captured, even if this means disrupting or stopping the ceremony.
Contemporary:
Contemporary Wedding Photography is performed by the photographer featuring a series of candid photos covering
the entire day.
There is no pre-planned "shot list", only the photographer's instincts; the images are unpredictable.
At no point is the Wedding ever halted to have photographs made.
The client may designate an "event guide" to point out important individuals for informal or candid photographs to the
photographer during the wedding
that they wish to have photographed.
Mix:
A focus on Candid Photographs during the Wedding ceremonies with a couple brief interludes which include a handful of
formal poses.
Traditional Wedding poses of the Bride and Groom may also be photographed before the Wedding day.
Rehearsal Dinner is one opportunity to make formal group pictures of the Wedding Party. This combines a
Contemporary style of Wedding Photography on your Wedding day, while ensuring a variety of pre-planned poses are
available for your Wedding Photo Album.
